Murphy’s Stout

Murphy’s Stout is one of the smoothest and best quality stouts on the market, made with both pale and chocolate malts combined with roasted barley this beer matures with the yeast for up to 10 days before being clarified and being prepared for racking into kegs. The whole brewing process has 50 quality checks to ensure a quality and consistent product. The Murphy Brewery dates back over 150 years starting in Cork, Ireland. Today the stout is sold in over 40 countries around the world and like Guinness is one of Ireland’s great refreshments. Today the brewery is part of the huge Heineken company but the rich, smooth and creamy stout is still the same with that subtle bitterness and hint of coffee, although Heineken are spending a bit more effort pushing Murphy’s other great product the Irish Red into many of it’s export markets.
