Today (September 5th) is International Bacon Day and being that bacon is one of my most favorite meats (well, after cow that is) I decided to look for something bacon and beer themed. I recon the recipe above for a beer and bacon chilli should do nicely at combining my two loves of beer and bacon. Watch the video above while I head for the kitchen.
