Onion and Beer Dip

With the festive season almost here, how about a tasty Onion and Beer dip to have with your party nibbles. This recipe is simple and no cooking is required. Any beer can be used but a stronger tasting one like an ale or stout will give you the best results.
All you need is 250g of Cream cheese, 1 can of your favorite beer, 4 tablespoons of grated red onion. 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and some chopped chives.
Simply mix the ingredients together with a fork or electric mixer until well mixed and frothy.Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken then serve with your favorite chips, vegetables or bread sticks.
