Beer Beef Stroganoff

We haven’t done a recipe for a while, so here’s a real tasty and easy one using one of your best darker style beers. 

You will need, 1 can of dark beer- stout or the like

2 tablespoons of oil

500 g of rump steak

3 cloves of crushed garlic

250 grams of sliced mushrooms

250g of sour cream

2 teaspoons of tomato paste

3 cups of cooked noodles 

some crushed parsley for garnish and some pepper and salt to season.

Brown the beef followed by the onions and garlic in oil, toss in the tomato paste, beer and simmer for 30 minutes, add in the remainder of ingredients simmer for another 5 minutes and serve. It is that easy.
