Laughing gas in beer?
By Rocky | March 26, 2008

There have been reports in Israeli newspapers recently which state that some clever engineers and entrepreneurs in that country have developed a beer which contains laughing gas. The team has infused nitrous oxide with Czech beer and is seeking approval from the Israeli ministry of health for approval to sell the beer. They have also been playing around with infusing the gas with vodka too and also hope to launch it shortly as well. The laughing gas only lasts a split second in the body and the sudden rush is meant to make the drinker laugh- sounds like fun. The gas is a controlled substance in Israel so there is going to be quiet a bit of red tape and checking before it is deemed safe and ok to put on the market. The engineers are hoping it will help relieve some of the stress which hangs over the head of many Israeli drinkers.
