Well Christmas is only 18 more sleeps so we think it’s time to start thinking about Christmas Beer and here is our first offering. It’s called Sinebrychoff’s Christmas Beer and it comes from Finland on the Artic Circle, probably not to far from Santa’s house. This beer is a dark beer which is made from dark roasted barley, malt and Saazer hops which gives it a strong and full aroma and flavor. Strangely it is best served a little warmer than your normal beer, the manufacturers suggest taking it of the fridge before drinking and let it reach about 10 – 12 degrees. This beer is also best kept for a few months in a dark cool place so it can mature to its magnificent best. The beer can be found in many specialty bottle shops around the world so look out for it and put one in your Christmas Stocking.
