		<description>Well, I think the best way to do this is to boil the water first, then add the malt.  This way you kill off any potential infections, but you're not over-cooking the wort--which is what would happen if you give these hopped kits another 30 to 50 minute boil.</description>

		<description>You can get Miller in a "Stiney" bottle here in Japan. Its a more stubby kinda bottle with a pull top. I belive it's produced in Japan by one of the big 4 breweries... Asahi of the top of my head. 

That ad from Conan isn't too Japanese. It needs a 30-something business man taking a big gulp and painfully enjoying it with a loud "ahhhhh" to be authentic. Never the less it is funny. :D</description>

I spent a little bit of time working at a brewery in China - and the brewery used the Qindao Dahua hop that is a really great hop and highly underrated.  Clean, crisp, and given that most beer in China is served at room temp, well at least it doesn't overwhelm.  But hey, since Harbin is further north than Vladivostok and probably spends more time under snow than not, that's probably not an issue!</description>
