XXXX is Queensland’s Australia’s favorite beer and what a beauty it is- With its hoppy, fruity and slightly bitter 4/9% nectar this beer has been served since 1924 by the Castlemaine Brewery Company which is now owned by Brewing Giant Lion Nathan. The folk down south don’t give this beer much of a reception but the beer is a good Australian beer and is even being brewed under license in England. The XXXX is found on tap in most Queensland pubs (and of course the UK) and you should be able to get the packaged stuff at most large bottle shops in the other Australian states.
