Sold only in long neck stubby form this premium beer has a distinctively dry taste and is served well as a restaurant beer. Introduced in 1997 Carlton Premium was launched to help combat the increased interest in imported and boutique beers. The beer has a 4.5% alcohol content and contains a distinct low intensity, sulphury, skunky, nutty aroma The Carlton Premium Dry is sold in only in clear long slim long necks, its distinctive blue and gold label can be seen in most premium beer fridges in hotels and bottleshops.
